Do you ever look at real estate listings and cringe at the photos. Whether you are a real estate professional, an HGTV conosouir, or just a voyer…

Back to the future meme He's a peeping tom

You recognize the photos. They are blurry, to close up, the photographer or other inhabitants are visible in mirrors or even in the room! ...Or the dreaded toilet seat is up. Ew.

Anyways, I wanted to share a few photos from the same house, one from a previous listing and one from my real estate photography session (I think you can tell which.) Sometimes it's the quality of the image that is better, but the angle from which the photo was taken, the size of the lens, the editing, and whats in the room can make all the difference.

Interior Photos of dining room with dark grey wallpaper and wood paneling
Yellow living room with large brick fireplace, wood beams and chandelier

The goal of this: To show you that real estate photos DO matter, the photographer DOES make a difference and maybe just maybe why you should hire me to Capture Your Empire.

I'd love to know your thoughts on these photo or what you would do differently!
